Project Director
Dr. Beth Jaworski is the WAIV Project Director. She is responsible
for the administration of the WAIV contract and supervises WAIV
personnel. She also serves as the Director of Services to Students
with Disabilities.

Glenda Laguna is our Job Developer. She knows Inland Empire employers and job markets.
She is a master of the resume and the cover letter, and provides individual coaching
throughout the job search process. Glenda is also our resource for SSI/SSDI benefit
and employment issues.

Education Services Specialist
Ruth Howell is the point person for DOR clients and counselors regarding CSUSB admission
and transfer questions. Need an education plan? Figure out your graduation date? Help
understanding financial aid? How about a tutor? Ruth is the source of lots of information.
And if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she'll find someone who does!

Administrative Support Coordinator
Angela Sardan is usually the first person you meet at WorkAbility. She
schedules student appointments, maintains student files, coordinates events
and communicates with the DOR Counselors daily. Angela is available to answer
any questions you may have about WorkAbility.
